Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Generate client leads to buy, sell,and rent.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in Real Estate sales.

• Good personality with service-minded.

• Able to communicate in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus).
